Customer Service Representative - Transportation

Sunrise Freight Systems Inc is a trucking company based in Caledon, ON. We are looking for 1 experienced Customer Service Representative.

Job Requirements may include:

• Handle customer calls and emails related to load status, issues, and service requests.
• Maintain accurate data entry for orders, routes, and communication logs.
• Strong multitasking and decision-making skills under time-sensitive conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must be able to work on-site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Experience:

• driver payroll: 2 years (preferred)
