Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Address customer inquiries, complaints and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
• Process customer requests, orders and transactions efficiently
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in company systems
• Follow company protocols and procedures whilst maintaining quality standards
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary
• Contribute to achieving team targets and performance metrics
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality
• Collaborate with colleagues to support a positive team environment

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs
• Patience and empathy when dealing with challenging situations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with learning new systems
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
