About the role
We are looking for customer-focused and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy assisting customers, we'd love to hear from you!
About you
- At least 1 year of BPO experience
- At least 6 months of BPO or non-BPO sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Customer-focused and results-oriented
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
