Customer Service Representative – Virtual Recruitment

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives through a fully virtual recruitment process. Candidates must have at least 6 months of customer service, call center, or BPO experience.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of customer service, call center, or BPO experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable equipment for virtual interviews, if required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Resolve customer concerns while delivering excellent service.
• Accurately document customer interactions in company systems.
• Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and data privacy guidelines.
