We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for a TELCO Voice Account supporting US customers. This is an onsite opportunity in Pampanga, open to both experienced BPO professionals and fresh graduates/career shifters with good English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
• BPO/customer service experience is an advantage
• Basic English communication skills
• Comfortable communicating with US customers
• Willing to work night shifts
• Willing to work onsite in Pampanga
• Customer service, sales, technical support, or TELCO experience is an advantage but not required for qualified entry-level applicants

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns through voice calls
• Provide accurate information regarding TELCO products and services
• Assist customers with account and service-related concerns
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service
• Document customer interactions and follow account procedures
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
