Customer Service Representative (Voice)

We are looking for English-Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through voice interactions, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Candidates must have relevant experience in inbound customer service, preferably within the e-commerce industry, and must demonstrate strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School Diploma
• At least 1 year of experience as an Inbound Customer Service Representative
• At least 1 year of relevant e-commerce experience
• Candidates must specify the e-commerce platform/s they have handled in their application or during the interview
• Strong professional English communication skills
• Clear English pronunciation with no noticeable accent
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
• Available to start immediately
