About you
- High School or Senior High School Diploma
- At least 1 year of experience as an Inbound Customer Service Representative
- At least 1 year of relevant e-commerce experience
- Must specify the e-commerce platform/s handled in application or during interview
- Strong professional English communication skills
- Clear English pronunciation
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
- Available to start immediately
