Customer Service Representative – Weekends Required

Adam’s Furniture is looking for a dependable, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Starting pay: $21.00 per hour
Weekend availability is required. Applicants must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays as part of their regular schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive customer service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone
• Schedule and coordinate customer deliveries
• Handle multiple responsibilities while prioritizing customer needs
• Resolve customer questions, concerns, and escalated issues
• Work closely with our sales, warehouse, delivery, and management teams
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and coworkers
• Accurately enter and review information in our Point of Sale system
• Follow up with customers when needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 1–2 years of customer service or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn our Point of Sale system
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional and confident when handling customer concerns
• Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
