Customer Service Representative (WFH)

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our Healthcare BPO team. The role focuses on assisting candidates and clients, managing applications, and ensuring a smooth and professional service experience. This is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to candidate and client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for follow-ups and coordination.
• Process application forms and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Provide timely updates and support to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns and complete requests.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and accuracy in all interactions.
• Report issues to management and follow established protocols.
• Support daily operations and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in BPO, customer service, or healthcare account (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and administrative tasks is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
