Customer Service Representative (WFH)

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or phone during night shift hours.
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and general inquiries.
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions within established timelines.
• Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
• Monitor and escalate urgent concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, and quality standards.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Job Qualifications:

• At least Associate graduate of any course
• Open for Fresh graduates of IT or any related course.
• With 1 year work experience as CSR in e-commerce (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok)
• Willing to work for night shift schedule (9PM to 5AM).
• Open for 3-month contract.
• Amenable for 1-2 weeks training in E. Rodriguez, Cubao, QC.
• Residing in Cubao, Quezon City, or nearby areas.
