Customer Service Representative with German and Polish

Hudson Talent Solutions , on behalf of our global chemical manufacturing client, is seeking a Customer Service Representative with Polish and German to provide high-quality support to our customers and ensure smooth order processing and delivery. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, managing orders, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

The client offers a hybrid working model with the office located in Warsaw, Poland .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery and returns
• Process orders accurately and maintain up-to-date records in the system
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates, delays, and solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams, including production plants, warehouses, and logistics providers
• Handle customer complaints and claims, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
• Provide regular feedback to customers regarding the status of their inquiries or claims
• Maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within customer service and logistics processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, or logistics is an advantage
• Fluency in Polish and German (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); SAP knowledge is a plus
