Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

Peak Plumbing, Heating & Air is a growing, family-owned home service company in Hayden. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and personable Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team.

This is a key position within our company. You will often be the first person our customers speak with and will play an important role in making sure our technicians are scheduled efficiently and our customers receive an exceptional experience from the first phone call through completion of their service.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls, texts, and emails in a friendly and professional manner
• Book plumbing, heating, and air conditioning service appointments
• Dispatch technicians and manage the daily service schedule
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and technician arrival updates
• Coordinate with technicians and management throughout the day
• Follow up with customers and assist with rescheduling when necessary
• Accurately enter and update customer information in ServiceTitan
• Help keep the schedule organized and maximize technician availability
• Provide excellent customer service and help create a great experience for every Peak customer
• Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Detail-oriented
• Comfortable using computers, texting, email, and scheduling software
• Able to remain calm and professional when working with customers who may be dealing with an urgent plumbing, heating, or cooling issue
• Motivated to help the company grow and provide a high level of service

Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, call centers, HVAC, plumbing, or another home service business is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Experience with ServiceTitan is a major plus.

Schedule

Full-Time, In-Office
Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
Hayden, Idaho

Some schedule flexibility may be required during our busiest seasons.

Compensation

$20.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
