Customer Service Representative/Executive

About the role

We are looking for Customer Service Executives to provide professional and efficient support to customers through inbound customer service channels. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience while meeting required performance targets and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate assistance.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Provide clear information regarding products, services, and account-related concerns.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Meet assigned KPIs, productivity targets, and service standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure excellent customer service.
• Participate in required training and adhere to company policies and procedures.

About you

• Minimum SPM qualification with a passing result.
• Customer service or call center experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are highly preferred.
• Willing to commit to a 2-year direct-hire contract with Startek.
• Willing to work in Ara Damansara.
