We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Customer Service Representative/Multi Role Support to join our team. This position involves direct communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations across various functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities to support our company's customer service and logistical needs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients via phone and other channels to address inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage client communication efficiently, maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.
• Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and managing inventory logistics.
• Support internal teams by assisting with various administrative and operational duties as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, shipments, and other relevant activities.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues promptly and improve overall service quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or a related support role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on client interaction.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures is advantageous.
