Customer Service Representative/Project Manager

· A level of strength and comfort with computers and related technology (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)

· Proficient in spelling, proofreading, and the use of proper grammar

· Proficient in math and units of measurement

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and staff

· Eagerness to work and learn, and comfortably handling a variety of responsibilities as they arise

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Heavy communication with customer and sales reps via phone and email

· Gather and organize order details from customers and sales reps

· Customer education of products, services, and processes

· Issue identification, troubleshooting, and problem resolution

· Must thrive in a deadline-driven work environment

· Excellent time-management skills

· Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

· Detailed oriented

· Exceptional people skills

· Ability to ensure a positive ordering experience for all customers

· Issue identification, troubleshooting, and problem resolution

· Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
