Customer Service Representative/Receptionist

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, professional, and customer focused Customer Service Representative / Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and attend to incoming calls, enquiries, and customer requests professionally.
• Respond promptly to emails, messages, and other customer correspondence.
• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests.
• Manage the reception area and maintain a professional front-desk experience.
• Direct calls, enquiries, and visitors to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, correspondence, visitors, and customer interactions.
• Assist with general administrative and customer service duties as required.

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc. in any relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, front desk, receptionist, or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong email and correspondence management skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Smart, presentable, confident, and courteous.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude.

The ideal candidate should be smart, articulate, proactive, well organized, and professional, with the ability to represent the company positively and deliver excellent customer service.
