What they need
Customer Service Representative key responsibility
- To perform inbound and outbound calls, emails and live chat on customer enquiries in English and Mandarin.
- To advise customers based on the enquiries.
- To escalate any shipments that is requested by customer.
- To be able to articulate issues / request that is brought up by the customer.
- To do other tasks as advised by Management.
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM in any studies.
Possess a minimum of 1 years working experiences in the related field.
Familiar with CRM system & MS Office
Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills
Typing speed 50 WPM and above
Fluent in Mandarin & English is a plus!
Able to work on rotational shifts
