Required Qualifications:

• Customer service experience with a strong customer-first mindset
• Professional phone presence with strong phone etiquette
• Ability to empathize with customers, actively listen, and understand their concerns
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to de-escalate challenging customer situations with professionalism and patience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Adaptable, coachable, and willing to learn new processes and technology
• Moderate typing ability
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM software, especially ServiceTitan
• HVAC or plumbing industry experience preferred
• Experience in hospitality, retail, healthcare, banking, call centers, automotive, dispatch, property management, or other customer-facing industries
• Previous experience working in a high-volume or fast-paced customer service environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them accordingly.
• Book service jobs utilizing scheduling software.
• Outbound call to schedule appointments.
• Maintain a positive attitude with customers and coworkers.
• Meet Key Performance Indicators to earn monthly incentives.
• Deliver a 5-star customer service experience to every client.
• Perform other clerical duties as required.

Pay: Up to $72,000.00 per year
