Customer Service Representatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle after-sales inquiries regarding international & cross-border express shipments, including but not limited to package tracking, status check, customs clearance, fee-related issues, and investigations into lost or damaged items
• Address customer needs in a timely and effective manner, providing appropriate solutions based on company policies and specific customer requirements
• Communicate with overseas customers and partners via phone call, email and online chat systems to rapidly resolve customer issues
• Efficiently complete other tasks assigned by supervisors or the team within required timeframe

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Mandarin and English communication (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
• Outgoing yet composed personality; excellent communication skills, strong customer service mindset and approachability, strong analytics skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, prior customer service experience preferred

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
