Customer Service Representatives (Hull, UK):

Due to an exciting period of new business and continued growth, we’re looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This allows brand owners to take direct control of their artwork, allowing them to create, modify and manage hundreds of artworks.

The role:
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about brands and packaging, with a strong client-focused approach and the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships. You’ll be highly organised and experienced in project management, with the confidence to manage the day-to-day delivery of international brands, ensuring projects run smoothly, efficiently and to a high standard.

Above all, you’ll be a fantastic communicator who can work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to deliver outstanding results. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.

• A good understanding of production, artwork reprographics and print processes.
• Experience working with global FMCG brand owners
• Clear, confident communication skills capable of leading conversations and meetings
• Enjoys finding solutions to technical and creative challenges
