Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Bear Lake Branch

Honor Bank is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Bear Lake team!

What You’ll Do

As a CSR, you’ll help our customers with their everyday banking needs while creating a welcoming and helpful experience. You will:

• Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, email, and drive-thru
• Get to know customers, identify their needs, and connect them with the right banking solutions
• Help customers understand and confidently use Honor Bank products and services
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions accurately and efficiently
• Balance cash drawers and assist with ATMs, vaults, and branch supplies
• Follow banking, security, and compliance procedures
• Use multiple computer programs throughout the day
• Research and resolve transaction corrections when needed
• Work together with your branch team and occasionally support other nearby Honor Bank locations

Banking experience is a plus, but it is not required. We can teach banking. We’re looking for someone with a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and a desire to take care of our customers.
