Customer Service Representative/Teller

Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle a wide range of personal banking services, including opening new accounts, assisting customers with inquiries, and addressing problem accounts. You will play a key role in developing strong customer relationships while ensuring all banking activities comply with bank policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account problems, including reconcilement and research.
• Cross-sell additional bank services to enhance customer banking experience.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and the bank, fostering strong relationships.
• Prepare follow-up letters and thank you cards for new accounts to maintain customer engagement.
• Stay informed on economic, governmental, and community matters to better engage with customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in personal banking or financial services (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems effectively
• Knowledge of bank products and services

Work Environment: This is a fully in-person position based at our Shakopee branch location.

Pay: $18 – 23 / hour
