Customer Service Representative/Teller

We are looking for a passionate, reliable individual who wants to help our small-town bank customers learn more about their financial options while assisting them with various banking transactions.

The perfect candidate would have some cash handling and customer service experience.

This position is full time and requires working some Saturdays (usually 2-3/month).

Primary job tasks would include:

Answering phones, Greeting customers, Accepting and processing customer deposits, withdrawals and loan payments, Preparing cashier checks and money orders, Counting cash accurately, Preparing change orders, Assisting with Online Banking and Debit Card questions, Opening new accounts and Researching transactions for customers.

*Job could include other banking tasks as necessary*
