Hours of Work: Wednesday to Saturday - 8 am to 5 pm

This is a Fixed Term Contract Role ( August 2026 to March 2027) the normal roster will be between the hours of 0800 am – 1700 pm, Wednesday to Saturday.

Qualifications & experience

We are looking for Talented front-line Customer Service Rep / Groomer , who know how to deliver exceptional service by understanding our customer's needs.

The job role can vary from serving customers, driving the shuttle van, and assisting with calls and administration. Bring your best!

• The permanent roster includes weekends
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Must hold a full NZ Drivers Licence
• Attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in any situation

Tasks & responsibilities

 Face-to-face and over-the-phone interaction with customers creates a positive experience

• Vehicle Grooming
• Complete rental agreements in a timely efficient manner
• Assist with depot administration and daily business tasks
• Collect and return customers to the airport in the shuttle van
• Inspection of vehicles on collection and return
