As a Customer Support Generalist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and providing accurate information across multiple channels. You'll work closely with a range of internal stakeholders, including Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Technical Support teams, to ensure customers receive a seamless experience.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• Previous customer service, administration, contact centre, or support experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Confidence using CRM, ERP, or other customer management systems
• A positive, customer-focused approach and willingness to learn
