Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with a solutions-focused approach
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty
• Accurately document customer interactions and update account information in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns
• Meet or exceed individual performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction scores
• Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
• 1+ year of customer service, call center, or client-facing experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
