Customer Service Sales Assistant

About the role

We're looking for a confident, friendly Front of House team member to join our Swan Valley team. You'll split your time between our café and retail showroom, creating memorable experiences for the customers and tourists who visit us. If you hold an RSA, you'll also have the chance to work in our Providore cellar door.

Key responsibilities

• Make and serve quality coffee and café beverages as a skilled barista
• Serve food and beverages and keep the café running smoothly
• Welcome customers in our retail showroom, share product knowledge and recommend products
• Upsell with confidence and genuine enthusiasm, helping customers find something they'll love
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience to locals, tourists and gift buyers
• Keep the café and showroom clean, stocked and beautifully presented
• Support the wider team and work across areas of the venue as needed

About you

• Proven barista skills
• Previous retail experience
• Confident speaking with customers, with a natural talent for upselling and great service
• Warm, personable and happy to engage with visitors from all walks of life
• Reliable, presentable and a strong team player
• An RSA is highly regarded, as it will allow you to work in our Providore cellar door
