Customer Service Sales Associate

Customer Service Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Connect with new and existing customers and explore sales opportunities
• Ask questions, listen to customer needs, and recommend suitable products and services
• Introduce available products, explain their benefits, and help customers make informed decisions
• Build positive customer relationships by answering questions, addressing concerns, and following up when needed
• Support promotional campaigns, special events, and other customer engagement activities
• Represent the company professionally and follow customer service and safety guidelines
• Work with your team to achieve daily goals and deliver a positive customer experience
