As Customer Service Sales (B2C) , you will be the frontline in interacting with our retail customers and ensuring closing of every incoming chat.

Key responsibilities :

• Respond to all incoming messages from retail customers quickly, friendly and professionally
• Manage large daily chat volume responsively to achieve daily and monthly closing targets
• Manage and serve communication with individual customers (end users) directly
• Convert chat interactions into sales (closing) and actively conduct follow-up to encourage repeat orders
• Perform data input and record purchase transaction reports carefully and neatly
• Work independently and in teams to achieve daily and monthly sales targets that have been set
• Record, evaluate, and report daily transactions and sales revenue developments periodically

Requirement :

• Minimum 1 year experience as sales CS (preferably experienced in FMCG or Automotive industry)
• Target oriented and have high motivation to achieve revenue targets
• Accustomed to fast, friendly, and professional chat
• Experienced handling retail/individual customers (B2C)
• Communicative, detail-oriented, neat, solution-focused towards complaints and target oriented
• Master Ms. Office and WhatsApp Business
