As a global leader in the distribution and repair of industrial automation and electrical components, Radwell International prides itself on delivering exceptional service and solutions to clients across a wide range of industries. This role is integral to ensuring the seamless processing of sales orders and maintaining the high standards of customer satisfaction that Radwell International is known for worldwide.

As a Sales Order Processor, you will serve as a critical link between our sales team, customers, and internal departments. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in this fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:
The Sales Order Processor will be responsible for receiving and accurately entering customer purchase orders into the company ERP and order management systems in a timely manner. Coordination with the warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams will be required to ensure on-time delivery and fulfillment of all orders. You will proactively communicate with customers and internal sales representatives regarding order status, delays, backorders, or discrepancies, providing timely updates and resolutions. The role also involves processing order changes, cancellations, and returns in accordance with company procedures, as well as generating and distributing order confirmations, invoices, and shipping documentation. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions within the CRM and ERP systems, and assist in resolving billing discrepancies and customer complaints related to order processing. Collaboration with the accounts receivable team to ensure proper invoicing and payment processing is also a key component of this position. Additionally, you will support the sales team with administrative tasks, reporting, and data entry as needed, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline order processing workflows.

This is a regular, at-will employment position offering a competitive hourly compensation structure with a salary minimum of $52,000.00 annually.

Radwell International values a culture of integrity, teamwork, innovation, and customer-first thinking. Employees are encouraged to grow professionally within a supportive and collaborative environment.
