Job Summary

We are looking for customer-focused and sales-oriented individuals to join us. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to effectively engage with customers while identifying and addressing their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Demonstrate strong sales and persuasion skills when required.
• Meet assigned quality, productivity, and performance targets.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies, processes, and client guidelines.
• Properly document customer interactions and transactions.
• Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate under the Old Curriculum.
• Experience: At least 6 months of BPO experience OR 1 year of sales experience in any industry.
• Preferred: Prior BPO sales experience.
• Communication: Excellent verbal English communication skills with proficiency close to Standard American English.
• Must be willing to work onsite and follow the required work schedule.
• Must be willing to work in a customer service/sales environment and meet performance targets.

Compensation & Benefits

• Upto 25,000 Basic + Minimal sales incentive on top of the salary package.
