POSITION OVERVIEW

New Dawn Acquisitions Inc. is seeking Customer Service Sales Representatives to support customers at major retail locations.

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide knowledgeable, professional assistance to customers interested in wireless products and services. You will learn the available products and plans, answer questions, explain options, and assist customers with purchases and activations.

This is an in-person, customer-facing position. Employees report to assigned retail locations and work scheduled shifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome customers and provide professional assistance Learn and explain available wireless products, plans, services, and promotions Understand customer needs and provide relevant product and service information Help customers compare available options Assist with purchases, account services, and activations Complete customer transactions and required documentation accurately Answer customer questions and provide product information Maintain current knowledge of products, services, pricing, and promotions Work toward established individual and team performance goals Attend and participate in paid training

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Professional and reliable approach to work Comfortable interacting with customers throughout the workday Ability to learn product information and explain it clearly Ability to follow company procedures and accurately complete transactions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Availability to work assigned retail shifts, including weekends when scheduled

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, wireless, electronics, or sales is welcome but not required. Training is provided.

PAY AND BENEFITS

• $17–$22 per hour, based on experience Hourly base pay is provided regardless of individual sales results Additional commission may be earned on eligible sales and activations W-2 employee status Paid training Reimbursement for approved business-related travel Cell phone reimbursement 401(k) Full-time and part-time positions available
• SCHEDULE

Full-time: Approximately 35–40 hours per week

Part-time: Approximately 20–29 hours per week

Schedules are based on assigned retail location needs and may include weekends.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is performed in person at assigned retail locations in Kennewick, WA.

The role involves regular interaction with customers and may require standing and walking within the retail environment while assisting customers with products, services, purchases, and activations.
