CPR Cell Phone Repair – Aurora, CO & Lakewood, CO Base Pay: From $16.50/hr + Aggressive Commission Structure 25–45 hours per week

Earning Potential

Your income is not capped.

You will earn commission on:

• Device sales (phones, tablets, etc.)
• Accessories (cases, chargers, screen protection)
• Repair upsells (batteries, cleanings, add-ons)
• Rent-to-Own (RTO) sales
• Warranty and protection plans

Top performers consistently increase their hourly equivalent by $3–$8+/hour in commissions

What You’ll Do (Sales First Focus)

• Deliver a world-class customer experience
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• Upsell and cross-sell:
• Accessories
• Device upgrades
• Repair add-ons
• Convert:
• “Just looking” → paying customers
• Non-repairable devices → device sales
• Handle phone/email inquiries and drive store traffic
• Track personal sales performance and hit/exceed goals

Technical Growth (We Will Train You)

You’ll also be trained to:

• Perform basic device repairs (screens, batteries, etc.)
• Understand repair diagnostics
• Assist technicians and grow into advanced repairs over time

Prior repair experience is a plus—but not required for the right sales-driven candidate

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of retail sales or customer-facing experience (REQUIRED)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Competitive mindset and commission-driven attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn technical repair skills

Bonus If You Have

• Wireless/mobile sales experience
• Electronics or repair background
• Experience hitting or exceeding sales quotas
