About the Role This is a 4-month contract position providing dedicated leave cover from September 7th through to December, with set day shifts (Monday to Friday, starting between 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM and finishing between 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM). Serving as a critical operational link, you will manage up to 80 B2B customer enquiries per day, balancing incoming phone requests, email communications, and order management across South East Queensland.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage up to 80 customer enquiries and order requests daily via phone and digital channels, ensuring prompt and professional service
• Process customer bookings and order data accurately within internal operating systems
• Maintain constant communication with internal sales, production, operations, and scheduling teams to coordinate delivery timelines
• Utilize problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address customer questions and escalate complex matters appropriately
• Collaborate with production schedulers to support smooth operations and maintain optimal service levels

Skills & Experience

• High-volume, fast-paced customer service experience across multiple communication channels
• Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple computer programs and software platforms simultaneously
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging a broad range of stakeholders and customers
• Fast learner with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Full availability to commence on September 7th
• Availability to interview this week
