Customer Service - Section Executive

About the role

This role involves Sales operations support role coordinating customer and sales team activities with ERP system management.

Key responsibilities

• Summarize the sales volume from sales team and all relevant team into the Sales analysis report
• Coordinate with customers and sales team to update shipment schedule to customers and related department
• Create sales order entry in ERP system (SAP)
• Centralize entry and filling of all customer information and sales documents
• Coordinate with all functions of any changes in sales order, shipment schedule and customer requests
• Provide all admin support to customer enquiries and visit
• Sales monitoring, forecasting and other related reports
• Support daily sales admin task and other administrative assignments

About you

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years' experience in customer service, customer support, sales, or related field
• Fluent in English language (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
• Computer literacy in MS Office especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SAP
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Service Mindset, Responsibility and Attentiveness
• Responsive to customer request
