Customer Service, Self-storage specialist

Lock+Store, is a one-stop self-storage hub offering flexible short-and long term storage facilities and office space for households, wine collectors and distributors, start-ups, SMEs and large corporations. We have a vast range of storage units with sizes ranging from 10sf to 200sf to cater to all your varied needs. Our mission is to provide affordable and flexible storage and warehouse solutions tailored to the specific needs of individuals, families and businesses.

We are currently looking for Self-Storage Specialist (Customer Service) to join our sales and operations support team to:

• Answer customer enquiries / queries effectively, professionally, and timely

• Present for customer appointments i.e. facility tour, explain the service accurately and patiently to customer

• Prepare license agreement for customers

• Meet sales & payment collection targets

• Ensure facility is always well maintained; clean and bright

• Prepare monthly reports to management

• Perform all other roles as instructed by our Operation Managers

We are looking for a team player who is:

• Pro-active, meticulous and able to multi-task

• Good at interpersonal, written and communication skills

• Both independent and customer service oriented

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and use of CRM

• Fluent in English. Additional language skills are an added advantage

• Experience is preferred; those with 2 years of experience in a similar role would be considered for a Senior role

Working Hours & Place

5.5 Day Work Week

9am to 6pm on weekdays (Mondays to Fridays)

9am to 1pm on Saturdays

We are hiring for our outlets in the North of Singapore (i.e. Sembawang, Woodlands).
