Customer Service Senior Clerk/Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Perform order processing for the customers
• Responsible for daily operation and good co-operation with teammate
• Handling import/export document, shipping arrangement and customs declarations
• Assist and support any ad hoc duties as assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

• F.5/DSE or above
• 1 year experience in logistics field
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office/Outlook
• Independent, self-initiative and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
