Customer Service (Service-Centre) - $2,760

Customer Service Executive Assignment Period: 20 Oct 2026 – 31 Jan 2027 (subject to extension based on business needs and candidate availability)

Job Scope

• Provide frontline customer service support at the service centre.
• Assist customers with enquiries, requests, and transactions in a professional and timely manner.
• Deliver accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Ensure a positive customer experience while adhering to service standards.
• Support day-to-day operational duties and adapt to changing business requirements.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening skills.
• Service-oriented with the ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to handle customer interactions calmly and effectively.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods during working hours.

Training

• 2 days of paid training prior to deployment.
• Training schedule: 20 & 21 Oct 2026, 8:30am – 6:00pm.

Dress Code

• Smart casual attire.
• Neat and professional grooming required.
• Covered shoes or clean, professional-looking sneakers preferred.

Additional Information

• Candidates with longer availability may be preferred.
