Position: Customer Service Specialist

Location : Sukhumvit Soi 31 Bangkok 10110
What we offer:
Salary: 18,000THB/Months (After probation 120day 20,000thb) Full Time
Working Schedule : 9AM-6PM (6 days per week , Off Saturday)

Requirements:
Have experience to work in the office.
Have experience of Customer Service
Good level of spoken English and written Thai
Basic level of using computer (Word, Excel,...)
Hardworking and reliable
Duties:
Respond to customers through online channels and coordinate with the delivery team in both Thai and English.
Update and provide invoices/bills to customers.
Understand products and promotions, including promotional campaigns and offers during each period.
Prepare documents, issue invoices, submit billing documents, and occasionally handle cheque payments.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
