Qualifications
Fresh Grads & Dropouts are welcome to apply! What we re looking for:
- Fluency in English is a MUST (B2/C1)
- Strong skills in Customer Service & Customer Support
- Problem-solving , active listening , & attention to detail
- Experience in a customer-facing role and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus!
- Flexibility with night & overnight shifts is essential
