Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Hawthorne, NJ. In this role, you will serve as a key member of the Customer Service team possessing a superior understanding of customer service responsibilities and process flow. Someone who has demonstrated the ability to work independently and is responsible for interacting with high-level customers to provide information in response to inquiries and to handle and resolve complaints to completion.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries.

· Address and resolve customers complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

· Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.

· Follow company policies & procedures when handling customer requests and issues.

· Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and knowledge through training.

· Responding to Customer reviews.

· Monitor and follow up on customer service queue activities and process until successfully completed.

· Schedule maintenance, housekeeping and other outside staff and vendor activities

· Provide coverage for team members when needed.

· Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–5 years of customer service experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach
• Corporate housing/hospitality experience is a plus
