Customer Service Specialist

About the Opportunity

• Join a growing New Zealand-based health and wellness company with a global customer base.
• Deliver exceptional customer service across email, live chat, phone and social media.
• Manage e-commerce enquiries, including order processing, returns, refunds and account support.
• Take ownership of customer issues, providing timely solutions and positive outcomes.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You'll Bring

• At least 3 years' customer service experience, ideally within an e-commerce environment.
• Experience using Shopify, Gorgias, Recharge or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a genuine customer-first approach.
• A calm, proactive and solutions-focused attitude, with strong initiative and ownership.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a busy environment.
