What they need
Work Setup: Remote (Manila-based, Philippines) with onsite training (3–4 weeks)
Location Requirement: Must be within Metro Manila
Experience Level: Entry to Mid Level (1–2 years)
Shift: Night Shift (Flexible coverage from East Coast to West Coast, 8:00 PM–10:00 PM start)
What We Look For
Must Have
- Available to work night shift hours
- Willing to attend onsite training in Manila, Philippines (3–4 weeks)
- Must be based within Metro Manila
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support roles
- Hands-on experience using Microsoft Office (especially Excel), ticketing tools, ecommerce platforms, and order management systems
- Experience with upselling products and promotions
- Excellent English communication and documentation skills with voice support experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy
