Responsibilities:

• Facilitate key actions with tenants, including meetings with representatives regarding their experiences.
• Monitor and respond to feedback and customer queries promptly; manage service recovery for inconveniences.
• Maintain a lobby presence during peak hours to assist tenants and visitors.
• Conduct visits to properties and shared spaces, showcasing the buildings and amenities.
• Update information regarding the buildings and nearby amenities for onboarding and visitor assistance.
• Collaborate with a team to engage the community and contribute to tenant retention initiatives.
• Build relationships with tenants, prospects, and industry professionals to support programming efforts.
• Execute agreed-upon customer service standards, including onboarding and service feedback processes.
• Participate in activities that inspire community development.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in customer service or concierge roles.
• Previous experience in the airlines or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and high empathy towards others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Event management and project coordination skills are advantageous.
• Professional and cheerful demeanor with the ability to maintain a high level of service.
• Strong multitasking abilities and a responsible approach to task completion.
