CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST（EXPORT AND IMPORT）

About the role

• Provide optimal solutions for clients and build strong, long-term relationships.

• Coordinate closely with shipping lines, following their instructions and aligning with client requirements.

• Handle container and bulk vessel import/export operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Input and verify booking information in the system, assist customers in processing bookings smoothly
• Collect Shipping Instructions (SI), prepare Bills of Lading (HBL/MBL), and coordinate payment requests with accounting
• Collaborate with haulage, customs, and other related parties for smooth operations
• Ensure accurate and timely system updates, maintaining high data quality
• Review orders before and after delivery to confirm completeness, correct fees, and customer satisfaction
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments, resolve delays or emergencies, and optimize transportation solutions
• Prepare reports and other documents related to assigned work
• Report unusual cases or potential risks to management promptly
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by direct managers

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience; fresh graduates in Logistics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain are also encouraged to apply
• Detail-oriented, responsible, dynamic, enthusiastic, and hardworking
• Strong persuasive and customer-oriented communication skills, with a willingness to continuously improve
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate, resolve conflicts, and support colleagues
• Positive attitude toward challenges and continuous learning
• Familiarity with HS codes, customs procedures, and government agencies' rules and regulations will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Chinese (verbal and/or written) is an advantage
