What they need
Customer Service Specialists– English Track
Location: Sheikh Zayed, Cairo
Work Type: On-site
Working Hours: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Requirements:
B2+ / C1 English proficiency
Clear and professional phone communication
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Basic computer and CRM skills
Customer service experience is a plus
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with US clients
Provide updates and assistance regarding debt relief accounts
Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
Meet daily call, productivity, and quality targets Compensation & Benefits
Net Salary: 18,000 EGP
KPI: $100
Transportation Allowance: 4,000 EGP
Paid Training
Performance Bonuses
Pay: E£25,000.00 per month
