Customer Service Staff

Responsibilities

• Follow up on Purchase Orders (P/O) and monitor shipment status to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate bookings and schedules with carriers, shipping lines, and overseas agents.
• Prepare and update shipping schedules for shippers, consignees, and relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate shipment execution and provide accurate and timely information to customers.
• Prepare, issue, and maintain all required shipping and export documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues in a professional and efficient manner.
• Verify commercial and shipping documents prior to Bill of Lading (B/L) release.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and shipping regulations.
• Prepare shipment files for overseas customers and maintain accurate document filing records.
• Prepare invoices, follow up on payment collections, and monitor overdue accounts.
• Issue receipts upon receipt of payment.
• Support daily operational activities and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work with related systems and software applications.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
