What they need
Directly help to solve & assist customer for every incoming questions and problem regarding application problem, transaction problem (multiple channels)
Handling for customer complaints and calming down customer emotion
Create ticket for handling customer request & Follow up in case needed
Informs customer transaction progress & details if needed after doing data verification.
Job Requirement:
Experience as Customer Service
Clear Communication & Ability to use positive language
Has precisely & quick understanding skills to summarize problem
Persuasive speaking skills
Able to type fast, Multi tasking
Problem Solver
Self- Control
Willingness to improve
