Customer Service Staff

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Staff to provide timely coordination and support that helps ensure customer deliveries are completed smoothly, accurately, and on schedule. In this role, you will be responsible for following up on delivery status, coordinating closely with the Factory and Sales teams, and ensuring that relevant updates and concerns are communicated to the appropriate parties. This role is essential in maintaining smooth internal coordination, addressing delivery-related concerns, keeping stakeholders informed, and supporting an efficient and reliable customer service process.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on the status and schedule of customer deliveries.
• Coordinate with the Factory and Sales teams regarding delivery schedules, order status, and other related concerns.
• Communicate delivery updates and relevant information to the concerned parties.
• Monitor pending deliveries and ensure timely follow-up with the appropriate teams.
• Assist in addressing delivery-related concerns and coordinate with internal departments for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and updates regarding delivery status.
• Perform other duties related to customer service and internal coordination as assigned.

About You

• College graduate or vocational school graduate.
• No prior work experience required — fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and attentive to details.
• Proactive in following up and coordinating with different teams.
• Able to communicate professionally with both internal and external parties.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new processes and responsibilities.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
