Tentang Posisi
Memimpin tim Customer service menjadi lebih persuasif dan interaktif kepada pelanggan. Mencari pemimpin yang tegas dalam target, ramah dalam bimbingan.
Tanggung Jawab
- Memimpin dan membina tim customer service
- Menetapkan & memantau target penawaran serta penjualan produk harian/mingguan
- Melatih tim tentang produk dan teknik konsultasi pelanggan
- Menangani keluhan pelanggan sesuai standar layanan
- Membuat laporan kinerja team kepada atasan untuk peningkatan performa tim
Persyaratan
- Pengalaman memimpin tim 2–5 tahun (customer service/retail/beauty)
- Terbiasa dengan target penjualan
- Memiliki Laptop pribadi
- Kepemimpinan tegas serta ramah
- Terampil dalam komunikasi baik verbal maupun tertulis
- Menguasai Microsoft Office Terutama Microsoft Excel (sistem CRM/POS nilai plus)
- Siap kerja shift termasuk akhir pekan
